Carolyn Miller Roberts, 77, passed away in Houston, Texas on October 18, 2019 surrounded by her daughters, sister and lifelong friends.

Carolyn was born in New Gulf, Texas on August 1, 1942 to Earl "Bus" and Frances Crawford.  She is predeceased by her husbands Jim Miller and Jake Roberts and her parents Bus and Frances Crawford.

She is survived by her daughters Paige Miller Amico and Jennifer Miller Benton; grandchildren Austin Amico, Avery Amico, Miller Benton and Colt Benton; sister Barbara Bennett; stepson Joe Roberts, stepdaughter Liz Roberts Adkins and her son Davy Adkins.

Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She was proud to be called "Khaki" by her grandchildren.  She retired from a long career working with special needs children at Cypress Creek High School.

She loved gardening, reading and decorating her home.  She enjoyed attending her Tuesday group with friends, Friday night dinners at Eva's Mexican Restaurant and visiting her daughters and grandchildren in Arizona.

Carolyn will be buried in a private ceremony in the family plot at South Park Cemetery and her daughters will host a Celebration of Life Open House in her home in Champions in early November.
