?Carolyn Parrish Hoppas of Houston, Texas passed away August 30, 2017 in Kingwood. She is preceeded in death by her husband of 49 years, Gerald W. Hoppas, and siblings Vera Lu Grafford, Shirley Parrish, Martha Cooley, and Chester Parrish. She is survived by daughters Teresa Johnson and husband Philip, Jennifer Hoppas-Hyde and husband Danny Hyde II, Cassandra Blackmon and husband Robert; grandchildren Ryan Forrest, Katie Forrest and husband Taylor Collins, Benjamin Slater and wife Maria, Samuel Slater and Brandon Hoppas; great-grandchildren Jonah Williams Hoppas and Emory Scout Collins; sister Nancy Sikes and numerous other family members and friends. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 10am, Saturday, September 23, 2017 in the chapel of Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, Texas.
