Amazing Mother of 8 but raised many more, including several grandchildren and many friend's children/children's friends would say that, "she was
their second Mom".
Married at 18 and soon gave birth to twin boys, who did not survive long after delivery and are buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Presque, Isle -
Maine.

She was a GrandMother at the age of 36 and ended up with:

She was an avid animal lover, especially dogs. And as a child wanted to be a horse stunt rider. She settled for being the local dog groomer & breeder,
owning every animal possible from chickens, rabbits, horses and every breed of dog … toy poodles to st. benards.
She was the National Record Baseball Throw Holder at age 14 in The Junior Olympics and later Coached softball, as well as played in an Adult Coed Slow-pitch League in Magnolia in her 40s.
Her love of her family and her devotion to her faith, were the most important things to her and she lead life always "doing the right thing". Her keen
abilities as a business woman helped her to successfully pinpoint a need in the community, execute a solution and offer herself as an Entrepeneur.
This included Dog Grooming, Executive Secretarial Services, and eventually a 36page full-color, weekly newspaper with a readership circulation of
40,000.
With all of this hard work, she always had time to joke and be silly; known for her quick wit and sense of humor.
She balanced the stresses of life with determination, good humor and enjoying simple pleasures, and always loved a good nap.
She firmly believed that she could do anything a man could do and better, and she did!
