Carlos Troy Williams, 78, of Austin, Texas passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early morning of June 9th.
Troy was predeceased by parents Dalton and Audene, brothers Gayle and David, and his wife Kim. He is survived by his brother Britt, children Carla, Wesley, Jon, Sara, Heather, and Gregory, and his fourteen grandchildren.
