Carlos "Sonny" Garcia, 63, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Saturday, May 21 surrounded by his daughter and close family members. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to the late Carlos and Ramona Garcia.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Chapa and husband Robie Chapa; grandchildren, Douglas Hill, Tristan Coffey, Mia Chapa, Cayla Chapa and Robie Chapa II; devoted companion, Brina Shelton; stepson, Brandon Shelton; four-legged family members, Ladybug, Zoe and Shadow; Brothers, John Garcia and Joel Anthony Garcia; Sister, Cindy Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews.

Sonny's passions in life were making music, gardening, cooking, and taking care of his family.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home (9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065). Sonny's ashes will be entombed at Klein Memorial Park Cemetery in Cypress, at a later date.
