Carla Sharon Thompson Henry was born October 3, 1947, in Huntington, West Virginia, and passed away on April 29, 2026.

Carla was a real estate broker for many years and was the founder of Legacy Property Management. Throughout her career, she was a proud member of many accredited real estate associations and built lasting relationships through her professionalism, dedication, and personality.

Beyond her career, Carla found joy in her grandchildren, nature and appreciated life's simple moments, whether tending to her flowers or watching birds from her window.

To know Carla was to know laughter. She was funny, charismatic, and spunky, always ready with a joke or a witty comment to brighten someone's day. She had a vibrant spirit that could light up a room and a way of making people feel welcome and at ease.

Carla is survived by her three daughters: Kylie Henry Spencer (Joseph Spencer), Jeri Henry Timmons (Christopher Timmons), and Jamie McMahon Liggin (Trevor Liggin); her five grandchildren: Leila Williams, Lillian Timmons, Easton Timmons, Harlee Liggin, and Reina Liggin; and her sister, Evelyn Foose of Columbus, Ohio.

Carla will be remembered for her love of family, her strong spirit, her sense of humor, and the lasting impact she made on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Habitat for Horses, a cause close to her heart.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Klein Funeral Home of Tomball, Texas. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Carmen Nelson Bostick Cemetery, 12317 Holderrieth Rd, Tomball, Texas 77375.
