Carl Heinz Kerman, 69, passed away on July 28, 2020. Carl was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be fondly remembered by family and friends as being a humble, kind and compassionate man with an astounding sense of humor. Carl was known for being a hard worker with an easy going spirit who loved spending his days hanging out at the EZ Mart with friends, enjoying an ice cold brew and loving any and all things Rambo.

Carl was born April 21, 1951 in Houston, Texas to Otto Paul & Ruth Kerman. He was the 4th out of 7 children. Carl graduated from Cy-Fair High School and later joined the U.S. Army. He served in the Army from 1971 to 1973. Carl owned and operated Carl's Water Well Service from 1983-2001. He was well known in his community as someone who would always lend a helping hand when needed. Carl also loved being a member of the Fire 'N Smoke Bar-b-que cook off team. There he spent much of his time doing what he enjoyed most, just hanging out and having a good time. Carl could make any bad day bright and any good day brighter.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Otto Paul & Ruth Kerman, his sister Brenda Kerman, and brother in law Gary Harris. He is survived by his eldest son Shea Kerman, his youngest son Blake Kerman & his wife Jamie. His brother Frank Kerman, sisters, Rita Cernuch and her husband Leonard, Paulette Harris, Sherry Rasberry and her husband Robert and Donna Keith. His grandchildren Brianna, Elizabeth, Payton & Carl Decker Kerman and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the National Stroke Association in honor of Carl. He survived a stroke in 2001 and was able to still have his vibrant personality shine through. The Kerman family would like to say thank you to all of the caregivers Carl has had over the years. Thank you for all of the care, love and compassion he was given by each of you.

Visitation will be held at Klein Funeral Home on August 4, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. immediate family visitation is reserved from 5:00-6:00 pm.
