Bryan K. Gober, age 60, passed away  Saturday, October 26, 2019 in Cypress, Texas. Bryan was born  June 27, 1959 to L.R. and Margaret Gober in Lubbock, Texas. Bryan was raised in Brownfield, Texas, graduating from Brownfield High school and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas State University in 1981. He worked for Applied Industrial Technologies for 31 years. Bryan served his community by working with the Boy Scouts of America, as well as the youth group of Cypress United Methodist Church, going on countless mission trips and serving as a Sunday School leader. He  also served Cypress UMC as a trustee and was an active member of the United Methodist Men's group (UMM).

Bryan and Judy were married for 35 years, and lived in El Paso, TX and Chino, CA before settling in Northwest Houston. Bryan loved his children and grandchildren fiercely, and his favorite thing to do was spend time with family. He and Judy enjoyed traveling, especially taking road trips, having visited 42 of the 50 United States. Bryan loved the outdoors, reading and learning as much as he could about the United States presidents. He and Judy visited 12 of the 13 office Presidential Museum & Libraries.

Bryan is proceeded in death by his mother, Margaret. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Judith, daughter, Samantha and husband James, sons, Daniel and Jonathon and wife Alyssa, grandchildren, Audrey and Ben, father, L. R. Gober, brothers, Randal and Ronald, in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 at Klein Funeral Home, 9719 Wortham Blvd. Houston, TX 77065 on Friday, November 1 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Bryan's Celebration Of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 20155 Cypresswood Dr. Cypress, TX.  Interment will follow at Klein Memorial Park 14711 Cypress N. Houston Rd. Cypress, TX.

In lieu of flowers, Bryan's family requests that donations be made to a Go Fund Me account set up to raise money to have a Memorial Tree planted in Bryan's memory at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, TX.
