Bruce Young, 50, of Spring, TX, passed away on June 17, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Bruce was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 9, 1972, to David and Barbara Young. He attended Klein Forest High School and earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University. He had a successful career in the surety industry at Aon Corporation for 18 years.

Bruce married Melissa Kline in 1997 and together they raised four children, Luke(28), Christian(24), Faith(22), and Trinity(16). Bruce's unconditional love for his family was a reflection of his devotion to God and his passion to serve and love others as Jesus did. He was a loyal and proud member of Champion Forest Baptist Church for twenty-five years. By always bringing his family to church and closer to God, his main goal in life was for his children to love Jesus. He worked in multiple ministries throughout his time at the church including kids and student ministry, and was an active member of the Lanier Life Group.

Bruce's love for his family was beyond words, and he would constantly put them first in every decision and every moment. He was an incredible husband, father, brother, son, coach, and friend. We take comfort in knowing Bruce is with his Heavenly Father and his earthly father, David Young, who passed fourteen years ago. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years, Melissa; his children Luke, Christian, Faith, and Trinity; his adoring mother, Barbara Young; his brother, Chris Young; sister-in-law, Tracy Young; his nieces, Carly and Kelly Young; his uncle, cousins, and many friends.
