In Loving Memory of Bridgett Adams

March 9, 1970 – August 2, 2025

It is a impossible task to encompass everything Bridgett was and the joy she brought to people's lives in a few short paragraphs, but we can at least highlight the most important parts of who she was.

As early as childhood, Bridgett Adams touched countless lives with her compassion, joy, and love for family. As the baby of the family, she grew up with her older sister, Bobbie, and her older brother Bruce, surrounded by a close-knit family who adored her. Even from a young age, she was never one to hide from anything big and bold, developing a passion for showing horses, a love that brought her joy and built many lasting friendships. Although, it's wasn't always a serious occupation with Bridgett, as her horses were often featured in various stories of childhood shenanigans and mischief, which often left whoever was lucky enough to listen howling with laughter.

Bridgett's vibrant personality was matched only by her love of life. She was known for dressing in bold, cheerful colors that reflected her warm spirit. From black-and-white heels covered in neon flowers to peacock feather earrings, Bridgett always embodied fun and the vibrancy of life. Everyone who encountered the bright light that was Bridgett couldn't help but be drawn to her — her kindness, laughter, and energy left an unforgettable mark on all who knew her.

She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband of 40 years, Cody Russel Adams, who passed three years ago. Having been together for the majority of their lives, sharing friendship which developed into the loving devotion that founded their marriage, Cody and Bridgett were true soulmates and together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, and humor. Bridgett always considered herself very blessed, and that one of her greatest joys was being a mother to her two loving daughters, Presley and Reagan Adams, who were the light of her world, though they claim they ran her ragged often enough.

All throughout her life, and to the end, Bridgett never lost her uplifting and stubborn spirit, defying any and all expectations and keeping her smile the entire time. She was deeply loved and her ability to light up a room, no matter how dark, will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of her life will be held at Klein Funeral Home, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. Bridgett's warmth, love, and vibrant spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
