Brandon Lee Glidewell was born January 28,1975, in Wichita Falls, Texas. The first two years of his life were spent in Aberdeen, Scotland, and Capetown, South Africa. He graduated from CyFair High School in 1993 where he played football and baseball. He attended Southwest Texas State University where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.

He worked in the oil and gas industry as a project manager and sales representative for Enventure Global Technology, M-I Drilling Fluids, and Baker Hughes.

His hobbies included fishing, golfing, bbq cooking, cooking in general, watching the Astros and Longhorns, and live music. He loved hanging out with friends, playing shuffleboard, or shooting pool.  He was a true lover of anything Texas, including floating rivers and being outdoors.  He had three dogs that he truly loved and they love and miss him dearly.

Brandon is survived by his partner, Sharla; his father, Michael Glidewell and wife Gail; his mother, Jan Shipp and husband Lane; and his brother, Chad Glidewell in San Diego, California. He is also survived by his three children (Lily, Lexi, and Grayson Glidewell) and three stepchildren (Bradey, Brooke, and Eli Tipton). He always enjoyed being with his kids.

Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, at Klein Funeral Home - CyFair Northwest, 9719 Wortham Boulevard, Houston, TX 77065. A funeral service will follow visitation at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
