Bradley ("Brad") Alan Rhodes, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend, went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2026, following a courageous battle with kidney cancer. He passed peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family and closest friends.

Brad was born on December 13, 1968, in New Castle, Indiana, to William and Barbara Rhodes. He and Melissa ("Missy") met in 1983 as freshmen at Jersey Village High School. They were married on June 12, 1993, and together they built a life rooted in love, laughter, adventure, and enduring devotion. They were blessed to share nearly 33 wonderful years together.

Brad attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where he earned his degree in Finance. Through a successful career in sales and management, he ultimately found his greatest professional pride and fulfillment during nearly 15 years with Hi-Tech Truck Rigging. He was deeply passionate about his work and remained committed to the career he loved until his final days. His work ethic was second to none, and he inspired those around him to strive for excellence.

Brad was known for his unwavering love of family and his deep loyalty to friends who quickly became family. He spent many years coaching Blake and Hailee in their sports, building lasting memories and lifelong friendships with teammates and their families along the way.  He enjoyed traveling with Missy, playing golf, smoking a good cigar on a patio, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with a Miller Lite in a red Solo cup. Thoughtful, generous, and fiercely protective of those he loved, Brad lived life fully.

Above all, Brad treasured being "Pops" to his grandchildren. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, making memories, sharing laughs, and creating traditions that will live on for generations.

Brad never met a stranger and was often the life of the gathering. His humor, warmth, and generosity left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, strength, unconditional love, and a life well lived.

Brad is survived by his beloved wife, Melissa ("Missy") Rhodes; his son, Blake Rhodes; his daughter, Hailee McAlister, and son-in-law, Andrew McAlister; his cherished grandchildren, Tatum Grace McAlister and Walker Rhodes McAlister; his father, William Rhodes; his grandfather, Ira Rhodes; and many other relatives and dear friends whose lives were forever touched by his love and friendship.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Rhodes; his uncle, Raymond Coffey; his uncle, Steven Rhodes; his grandmother, Lenora Rhodes; and his grandparents, Orlin and Kathleen Coffey.

A casual service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life reception until 2:00 p.m. at 2751 S. Loop 336 W, Conroe, Texas 77304.
