Blanca Otero, 92, of Spring, passed away July 13, 2021.  She was born July 20, 1928, in Bogota' Colombia to the late Rafael Madero and Blanca Conti.

She is survived by her three children, Martha Lucia Hildebrand, Maria Ester Weastler and Rafael Otero; seven grandchildren, Adriana Bella Touchet, Andres Bella, Ann Marie Pontevolpe, David Weastler, Jennifer Bella Daily, Alejandro Otero, and Cristina Otero; eight great-grandchildren, Alexandra Bella, Mia Bella, Ava Bella, Liam Daily, Landon Daily, Layne Pontevolpe, Ethan Pontevolpe; Camden and Avery Garrison.
