Billy Roy Phallan was born on May 27, 1933, and went home for Christmas on December 25, 2018.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Dolores Ruth Phallan; his sons, Richard Paul Phallan and wife Tamera, Preston Phallan and partner Arlene, Roy Steven Phallan and wife Shelley, Charles Louis Phallan, and Robert Keith Phallan and wife Janet; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and loved one for a visitation from 1-2pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main, Tomball, TX 77375. A funeral service for Bill with military honors will directly follow the visitation at 2pm. He will be laid to rest in Houston National Cemetery.
