Beloved Wife of Lewis Eric Goad and mother of Ronald Lewis Goad and Brian Allen Goad.
Billie Goad was born in Jackson Mississippi and lived much of her youth in Saint Francisville Louisiana. She earned a degree in teaching from Sam Houston State University and was a school teacher in Port Arthur ISD and later Klien ISD. She taught piano for many years and was an avid gardener and amateur painter. She was also very active in her church and in the community of Tomball.
She is survived by her son Ronald and her Granddaughter Corrie Pocta.
