Bill Wayne Feemster, son of William Silas and Mary Simoneaux Feemster, was born August 18, 1938 in Port Arthur , Texas . He died May 29, 2016 in Montgomery , Texas . He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur , received a B.S. degree from Lamar College , Beaumont , as well as a Master's degree from Arizona State . He served in the Marine Corps and had a career in banking and finance. He retired and devoted his time to cattle ranching. Survivors are his wife, Annette; daughter and son-in-law, Cammie and Rob DeShazer; grandchildren, Robby and Marissa DeShazer; and siblings, Phyllis Sandefur, Sheryl Hebert, Sandy LaGrone, Tommy Feemster, Ray Feemster and Debbie Tompkins. He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Bobby Feemster. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6 at John Wesley United Methodist Church , 5830 Bermuda Dunes, Houston , Texas 77069 .
