Willis John Duhon (Bill) born in Lafayette, LA  on 11/21/33.  He was the second son to Ben & Lelia Duhon.  He was preceded by his older brother Glenn Duhon.  He attended Cathedral School thru 12th grade.  He received his accounting degree from USL and went on to serve in the Air Force.  He continued his accounting career in the oil industry until Wednesday May 23, 2018 when he was promoted and called to meet Jesus in heaven.

By his side was his wife of 65 years Annette Bazerque Duhon.  His son John Duhon and spouse Jeanne.  His daughter Maria Duhon Dagen and spouse Phillip Dagen.

He is also survived by 8 grandchildren:  Amanda Dagen, Beth and Mallory Box, Nicole Richert, Matt and Mindy Duhon, Anne and Matt Miller, Will Duhon, Catie Duhon, and Kevin and Lauryn Treybig.

Also 9 Great Grandchildren:  Riley, Regan, and Reece Richert, Maya and Emma Miller, Addyson and Jensyn Treybig, Addyson and Sadie Duhon.

Bill was an active servant of God throughout his life, most recently as Spiritual Director at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Houston, TX.

He was a carpenter and made over 10,000 "little crosses" and gave them to people he met who needed to carry Jesus in their pockets. He made hundreds of God boxes and Holy Spirit crosses for the church and retreats.  He touched EVERYONE in these ways and they felt the Holy Spirit in his aura.

He was an active member of AA, mentored and sponsored many people, and earned his 30 year chip on April 26, 2018!

He was an avid sports fan, card player, carpenter, golfer and Cajun cook!  He will be missed.....until we meet him again.
