Beverly Roland Evans, 89, passed away peacefully at her home in Dallas, TX on April 6, 2023.

Beverly was born in Des Moines, IA on June 23, 1933.

She met the love of her life in 1951 on a visit to her Aunt in Tomball, TX. Many letters passed back and forth until Beverly moved to Texas in February 1953. She found a job and an apartment in Houston to be closer to David. They married on September 18, 1953, and were married for 66 years, when David passed away in May 2020.

Beverly worked at Keefer Cox Insurance Agency in Tomball, TX for approximately 38 years until her retirement.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, serving as President of the Ladies Aid for several years.  Her smile and laughter were contagious to all who knew her.

She and David moved to Dallas, TX in April 2016 to be closer to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Morgan and Bernice Roland, husband David Evans Sr, brothers Kenneth Roland, Donald Roland, and daughter-in-law Jami Jones Evans.

Beverly is survived by her children David Evans, Jr and wife Suzonne, Jeanene and husband Elliott Shetterly, and Paul Evans. Grandchildren Brent Evans and wife Kristen, David Evans III (Trey) and wife Arlene, Megan Evans Palmer and husband Andrew, Sean Evans. Great-Grandchildren Madeline and Olivia Palmer.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Ladies Aid.

A celebration of her life service will be held:
