Bennie Meleski, 73, went to be with our Heavenly Father on November 18, 2025. He was born on November 26, 1951, to the parents of Ed and Louise Meleski who preceded him in death, as well as his brother, Frankie Meleski.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Orlando) Meleski, of 32 years, sister, Lillian Worchesik and husband Sylvester, niece Kathy Worchesik, and nephews Chris Worchesik and wife Kim, Anthony Worchesik and wife Holly, Tim Worchesik, and great-nephews; Tristan, Clayton, and Colton. Also, by his sister in laws, Diana Sommers and husband Curtis, son Curt Sommers II, Carolyn Sterling and daughter, Denise Spann.

Bennie was born in Houston and graduated from Reagan High School in 1971. Upon graduation, he joined the United States Marine's for six years, where he attained Sergeant rank. When returning from the reserves, he went to work at Coca Cola as a salesperson and Vetco Gray as a machinist. Bennie was also an entrepreneur and opened Ski's Place, Tri Star Fence, Texas Fence Company, and retired from Four Seasons Development Company, Inc. in January 2008.

In his retirement, he extended his love of fishing, hunting, and watching the Houston Astros. His enjoyments were simple pleasures like nights spent on the back patio with family and friends talking about life and old times. He and Linda also spent many weekends on Lake Conroe. They recently purchased a lake condo with the intention to enjoy more sunrises and sunsets together.
