Barbara Louise Rucker, 89, passed away from this life on June 27, 2024, in Magnolia, TX. She was born to the late Raymond and Francis Gehring in Houston, TX on August 16, 1934.

After graduating from Stephen F. Austin high school, she started working for Exxon. She married Jack Crowson and had three children. She was a Christian and took her children to church every Sunday. After Jack died, she had to go back to work at Exxon until she married Herb Rucker later and moved to Tomball in 1971 and became a homemaker. She has lived her remaining years in StageCoach Farms.

Those left to cherish her memories are her two Daughters Sharon Petty and Jackie Mentzel, 5 grandchildren Johnathan Edgeller, Megan Carter, Lauren Reinecker, Austin Crowson, Ashley Crowson and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Francis Gehring, brother's Raymond Gehring and Vern Gehring, and spouses Jack Crowson, Herb Rucker, son Randy Crowson and grandson Cody Crowson.

A visitation will be held Friday, July 5, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately start at 1:00 pm at Klein Funeral Home-Magnolia. Burial will follow at Klein Memorial Park-1488.
