Barbara Jean McEachern Wagner passed away March 17, 2021. She was
born October 6, 1931 in Layfette Colorado to Joseph and Loya Cundall. She was
the oldest of three children. Her sister Mary Anne and brother Glen Jr. "Sonny"
preceded Jean in death.
Jean was married to W.R. "Mac" McEachern from April of 1953 until his
passing in 1990. They were true partners in everything they did together
especially their life on "the ranch". Jean remarried in 1996 to R. B. "Bob" Wagner.
They had a wonderful partnership giving each other company and some fun when
they both needed someone in their lives. They were together until Bob's passing.
Mac and Bob were both waiting for Jean to join them for a cold beer in Heaven.
Anyone who knew Jean knew that animals were the biggest joy of her life.
She spent her life caring for cats, dogs, horses, and many other critters. If they
showed up at her door, they had found a place for life.
Jean always wanted things done "her way". Those that knew here knew
went to stop, shut up, and just do it the way she asked. She was fiercely
independent and tough, and she lived that way to her final days on Earth.
She will be greatly missed by all that knew her throughout her life. She is
survived by Nephew Sean Duffy and his wife Stephanie and their children Connor,
Riley, and Shannon. Nephew David Duffy and his son Ryan. Stepdaughters Jan,
Cathy, and Linda Wagner. Dog Polly, cats Garfield and Misty as well as many
special friends.
Rest in peach to one of the last true ladies. Services will be Tuesday March
23rd at 2:00 pm at Klein Memorial Park Tomball Texas.
