Barbara Dell Hutchinson, aged 84, of Houston, passed away on January 13, 2025. Born on February 20, 1940 in Houston, Texas.  She was the beloved daughter of the late David Ziska Clark and Hazel Thelma Terry Clark.   She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Robert "Hutch" Walton Hutchinson, and her daughter, Deborah Kay Privett, along with her parents.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters Alta Griffith and Patricia Sanders.

Barbara and Hutch were married for 62 years.  They were long time members of Houston's First Baptist Church where they sang in the choir.  They loved participating in the annual Christmas Pageant.  They traveled with the choir to various countries in Europe, Isreal and Hong Kong.   When she later moved to Galveston, TX, she was a member of Seaside Baptist church.

Barbara is survived by her loving daughters, Deneice Carol Crawford, Lynda Gail Childs, and Cyndi Rosenblath. She was a cherished grandmother to Courtney Newcome, Daniel Privett, Maya Rosenblath, and Winston Childs, and a proud great-grandmother to Emily Newcome, Justin Newcome and Syrus Rosenblath.  She is also survived by her sister Judy Norris.
