Barbara Bryant 81 of Hemptstead, Texas passed away May 2, 2018.  She was born July 3, 1936 in Houston, Texas to the late Harold and Gladys Davis.  Barbara loved hummingbirds and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Wanda Lee Self; and 2 grandchildren, Dana Joy and Kraig Alan Bryant.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Claude Bryant; son, Marvin Earl Bryant and wife Nancy; daughter, Donna Rhea Bryant; grandchildren, Samuel Wesley Bryant, II, Matthew Earl Bryant and Roland Patrick Doyal and wife Yesenia; great-grandchild, Isabella Doyal; sisters, Lillian Marie Akers, Martha Joyce Hodges, and Brenda Lois Runnels; and her brother, Harold "Mickey" Davis.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 am Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Klein Funeral Home in Magnolia.  Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, at the Decker Prairie Community Cemetery.
