Aubrey Stell Mcclanahan's Obituary
Aubrey Stell McClanahan, 80, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather of Magnolia, Texas passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018. Aubrey was born on December 25, 1937 in El Paso, Texas to Aubrey and Gertrude McClanahan and moved to Houston in 1948. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1960.
Aubrey worked in sales at Allstate, Semco Tools, and various Dodge dealerships. He retired from Allen Samuel Dodge in 2001. Aubrey is survived by his high school sweetheart of 61 years, Wanna McClanahan, daughter, Terri L. McClanahan and wife Ruth, daughter Shawn Carrera and husband Rodney, granddaughter Chelsie Valerio and husband Peter, step grandsons John McCandless and Josh Carrera, great grandchildren Jaydyn and Buddy and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Gertrude McClanahan, sister Patty Estes, son, Michael Wesley McClanahan and daughter Jan McClanahan. Visitation will be from 9am-10am, Tuesday, December 11, 2018, with a memorial service immediately following.
