Aston Dale "Dee" Mainard, age 97, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 in Colorado.

Dee was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps and a 1949 Graduate of Texas A & M University with Degrees in Petroleum Engineering & Geology. He became a Petroleum Engineer and Geologist for Tenneco and retired with them after 32 years of service. He enjoyed being a member of Champions Golf Club.

Dee is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Loretta Mainard and survived by daughters: Karen Bean and husband Frank, Cheri Ofner and husband Lee, sons: Chris Mainard and partner Yolanda Penn, Scott Mainard and wife Karen, grandchildren: Natalie Shumate, Noelle Bean, Jay Ofner and wife Jennifer, Courtney Olson and husband Kirk, Lauren Mainard, great-grandchildren:  Kaitlyn Williams, Heidi Bean, Briana Bean, Raygan Bean, Mya Sanchez, Kylie Olson, Amanda Ofner, Evelyn Ofner, Aaron Ofner, great-great grandchildren: Nova Johnson, Kanin Williams and Kamrin Parks.
