Arvard "Harvey" Coe, 77, of Magnolia, Texas, passed away on March 22, 2026.

He was born on June 16, 1948, in Houston, Texas, to Arvard Coe Jr. and Bernice Coe. Harvey was a proud graduate of Tomball High School.

He began his career working in his family's water company before pursuing his true passion in dirt work and construction. Harvey had a natural talent for operating heavy equipment and took great pride in his work.

A proud veteran, Harvey honorably served in the United States Marine Corps. He was also a dedicated member of Tomball Masonic Lodge No. 1096.

Harvey had a deep love for old cars and tractor pulling, hobbies that brought him great joy throughout his life. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his larger-than-life personality, and a sense of humor that could light up any room.

He is survived by his children, Courtney Wilkinson and husband Grey, Cara Latham and husband Kirk, and Cassi Coe. He was a proud grandfather to Trevor Blackburn and wife Ashley, Parker Biley, Tyler Blackburn, Cooper Wilkinson, Carter Wilkinson, Grace Latham, and Cruz Coe; and great-grandfather to Lydia and Jackson Blackburn. He is also survived by his sister, Michelle Goodson and husband Jimmy; and his brother, Kippy Coe and wife Cindy.

A visitation for Harvey will be held at Klein Funeral Home, 14711 FM 1488, Magnolia, Texas 77354, on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM, with a funeral service beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Decker Prairie Cemetery.
