Arthur Kelvin Chin, a beloved resident of Tomball, Texas, peacefully passed away on April 11, 2024, after courageously battling cancer. He was 79 years old. Born on February 3, 1945, to Kelvin Joseph Chin and Martha Ann Chin (Cyrus), Arthur leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. Arthur's dedication to his medical practice was intrinsic to his identity, deeply touching the lives of both his colleagues and the patients he served throughout his lifetime.

He is survived by his devoted wife Elaine, whose unwavering support sustained him through their shared journey. Arthur found immense joy in the company of his sons, Michael Arthur Chin wife Gina Villaflor Chin and Derrick Paul Chin (+Felicitas Cruz Chin), and their respective families. His grandchildren, Lucas Villaflor Chin, Ethan Villaflor Chin, Daniel Paul Chin, and David Mason Chin, filled his heart with boundless happiness. Arthur is also warmly remembered by his sisters Linda Ann Prvost (Chin) and Patricia Margaret How Chung (Chin).

Arthur will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew him. His kindness, resilience, and love will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2024, from 4pm-5pm at Klein Funeral Homes and Memorial Parks located at 16131 Champion Forrest Dr, Spring, TX 77379. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that charitable donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
