Antonio Cimadevilla's Obituary
Antonio Cimadevilla, age 94, passed away in the comfort of his home on, Thursday July 23, 2020, in Tomball, TX. He was born in Havana Cuba on November 5, 1925. During his time in Cuba, Antonio was a pitcher for their Minor League baseball team and worked as a beer engineer for many years. Antonio met his wife and married Esther on July 18, 1954. Together, they had two beautiful daughters, Susana and Hortensia, while living in Cuba. In 1961, he made the brave decision to move his family to the United States of America, where the family settled down in New Orleans, LA. Antonio and Esther then welcomed their third child, son, Antonio 'Tony'. Antonio and his family learned to speak English, made friends, and watched their family grow. Eventually, Antonio and Esther moved to Texas. Together they celebrated five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He lived a full life and enjoyed going to the horses races, watching baseball, politics and keeping up with the news. Antonio was passionate about his family and a bit of a joker at times. He will be greatly missed.
Antonio Cimadevilla is survived by his wife, Esther Cimadevilla, his daughter and son-in-law, Susana and Lazaro Perez; daughter, Hortensia Stetler; son, Antonio 'Tony' Cimadevilla; granddaughter and her husband, Christina and Dimitar Petrovski; granddaughter, Amanda Perez; granddaughter, Maryanne Natale; granddaughter and her husband, Alyssa and Barney Simmons; granddaughter, Abby Cimadevilla; seven great grandchildren, Sebastian Petrovski, Gabriel Natale, Mateo Petrovski, Dominic Petrovski, Autumn Natale, Jude Simmons and Iris Simmons; nephew, Rogelio Alvarez Cimadevilla.
Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Antonio are invited to the Klein Funeral Homes Memorial Park,
1400 W. Main Street Tomball, TX 77375
, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday July 26, 2020 to reminisce, grieve, celebrate a life lived and support each other.
