Obituary

Tony Wade Lucas, 52 passed swiftly and all too soon from our lives early in the morning on Friday September 9,2022.  Although unexpected Tony departed this world doing what he so loved, riding  his motorcycle.  He was born January 25th, 1970, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to the late Isaac Bray and Henrietta Lucas.

Tony entered the US Army as Field Artillery  on 7/21/88 and was honorably retired on 2/26/12 serving a total of 23 years, 7 months.  He served 11 years of foreign war service to include multiple deployments to Iraq and Kuwait.  Tony then started working at the DoD where "The King" met his wild and crazy "Queen" and were married on June 28, 2014 and have been inseparable ever since.
Tony fulfilled his dream by graduating the field aviation technician course and worked at Mesa Airlines and Skywest airlines.
Tony's pride and joy was his three sons, his stepson, and granddaughter.  He loved spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, fishing, play cards, and making sure the vehicles were spotless.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie Lucas; son, Bradley Walters; son, Mark Lucas; son, Brandon Lucas; son, Raymond Lucas; granddaughter, Sophie Walters; sister, Deborah Rutherford; sister, Leia Smith; brother, Robert Lucas; brother, Keith Lucas; brother, Isaac Bray; sister, Leonora Ray; and the mother of his three children, Michaela Lucas.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Saturday September 17th.
