Anthony (Tony) Lewis Glowski was born on January 5, 1954 in Lancaster, PA to Izadore and Anne Glowski. He and his family moved to California shortly after his birth and spent his childhood there.
In 1971 Tony moved to the Houston, TX where he graduated from Sam Houston HS in 1972, and then began a career as a draftsmen. Eventually he moved into estimating and quality control, where he would spend the rest of his career. With over 15 years of service with Longhorn Steel, Tony retired in the spring of 2016.
All of his life Tony enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and was a member of the American Philatelic Society for 36 years, collecting many rare stamps. But what Tony enjoyed most of all was being a faithful Christian, a belief he shared with family and friends alike. He loved his God, his family and his church family.
He was a wonderful husband of 20 years, a great father not only to his daughter, Amber, but also a mentor to his step-son, Joe, and was a devoted son to his mother. He was friends and advocate to many. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
