The Cooper and Davis families announce the homegoing of Anna Elizabe th Cooper Davis at the age of 76.  Mama also affectionately called Sister Anna, Aunt Anna, Grandmammie , and Wawee , left for her home in glory on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 6:15pm in Houston, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard F. and Nora Barclay Cooper; husband, Joseph Johnson Davis; and brother s , J . Richard Cooper, H . Arthur Cooper, and Allison F . Cooper.

She is survived by her siblings: Magdalene Cooper Greenfield, Aletha Cooper Gbowee ( Yarkama ), Samuel Maryland Cooper, Rockefeller Cooper (Comfort), Charles Cooper (Anta), Moses Cooper ( Merdices ), Sarah Killen, Mazu Cooper, and Carolyn Marbiah .

C hildren: Joan Davis Findley (Winslow), Shirley Davis Carter (Joel), Brenda Cooper, Shupan Greenfield Abraham (Gary), Hawa Davis Harmon (Tarrence), Moses Ledlum Davis (Marda) and Ann a Davis King (Moses, deceased).

G randchildren: Andrea Dennis Folarin, Barrett Findley, Avril Carter Saunders ( DaRon ), Joel M. Carter, Tarrence Harmon Jr., Krystal Findley, Raynard Harmon, Brandon Harmon, Maureen Davis, Ian King, Joshua Harmon, Jacoby Harmon, and Christian King.

She also leaves behind many brothers and sisters-in-law including Kparteh Jackson, nieces, nephews, and cousins in Liberia , Europe, and USA.
