Anita Ella Nogare passed away November 13 th , 2016 in Spring, Texas at the age of 87.
Anita is survived by her Daughter and her son-in-law, Cynthia and Michael Payne, Daughter Elke Knecht. Grandson and wife Jarrod and Kristen Payne, Grandson Joshua Payne, Granddaughters Lindsay and Melanie Knecht. She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd John Nogare.
Anita was born on March 26, 1929 in Heiligenwald, Germany to Adolf and Ida Tormann. She met her future husband Floyd while he served in the U.S. Army and stationed in Heidelberg, Germany. After immigrating to the United States, Anita and Floyd were married in 1951. Overtime the couple welcomed two daughters into their home, Cynthia Kristina and Elke Cimaron.
After relocating to Texas from New Mexico, she spent her remaining years in the Conservatory, where she met her loving companion Woody Mallet. They shared many happy times together.
Anita was kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was beautiful, elegant, eloquent and was the special sparkle everywhere she went. Her interest included traveling, socializing and gourmet cooking. She entered several cooking contest, winning a grand prize trip to Hawaii.
Thank you for all incredible memories, including your amazing stories, our trips and your delicious meals. Through them you will live on in our hearts forever. "We love you Mutti and Omi".
