Anita Castro-Campos, de Cypress, Texas falleció el 14 de Mayo del 2020 repentina e inesperadamente a la temprana edad de 48 años. Nacida en Quito, Ecuador de sus padres Eduardo Castro y Anita Silva.  Obtuvo su título universitario de Licenciada en Ciencias de Computación de la Escuela Politécnica del Ejército en Ecuador.

Incluyendo su madre le sobreviven su esposo, Líder Campos; hijo, Daniel Campos; hija Emilia Campos; hermanos, Marcelo y Eduardo Castro; sobrinos y sobrinas, Victor, Guillermo, Kuthoomi, David, Nicole, Fernando y Edmundo Castro; además de más familiares que residen en Ecuador que la aman muchísimo y que han sentido mucha consternación y dolor inmenso por su pronto fallecimiento.

Conoció y se enamoró de su esposo durante su ejercicio profesional en Ecuador, por motivos laborales cambiaron de residencia a Colombia y luego a Estados Unidos. Fruto del inmenso amor y con la bendición de Dios, dió la bienvenida a su primer hijo y luego a una niña a los que amó intensamente y dedicó todo su tiempo para cuidarlos, guiarlos y hacerlos excelentes personas con muchos valores para la sociedad.

Amó mucho a sus padres, en el verano del año 2007 regresó a Ecuador para apoyar y cuidar de su madre que padecía severos quebrantos de salud. En Junio del 2008, tuvo que afrontar el fallecimiento repentino de su padre ; tiempos muy difíciles los cuales pudo superar gracias a la fortaleza espiritual y confianza en Dios.  Una vez que su madre mejoró su salud, regresó a Estados Unidos para reunirse nuevamente con su esposo que la esperaba con los brazos abiertos para darle mucho amor.

Una de sus metas principales fue el dejar este mundo mejor que lo encontró, y definitivamente contribuyó mucho gracias a tantas cualidades que poseía. Compartió mucha felicidad, amor y cariño desinteresado a su familia y amistades, mujer inigualable, madre abnegada y dedicada a siempre dar lo mejor de sí para los que le rodeaban.

Fué una persona muy religiosa, con valores únicos, un gran espíritu de solidaridad y servicio a la comunidad. Por varios años participó activamente sirviendo en escuelas locales, la comunidad Católica de Príncipe de Paz y Cypress Assistance Ministries donde contribuyó mucho de su tiempo en actividades de voluntariad o y servicios comunitarios. En el servicio a la comunidad encontraba mucha felicidad, satisfacción y regocijo al saber que pudo brindar apoyo a los necesitados.

Deja un vacío inmenso y dolor irreparable en su familia y amigos, que al saber de su inesperada partida de este mundo continúan derramando sentimientos de pesar, solidaridad y consuelo por su pérdida.

El cielo está feliz de tener un ángel más, al que continuaremos amando por siempre y que seguirá brindándonos la guia que nos ofreció en este mundo.

Anita Castro-Campos, from Cypress, Texas, left this Earth on May 14, 2020, suddenly and unexpectedly at the young age of 48. She was born in Quito, Ecuador, from parents Eduardo Castro and Anita Silva. She obtained her college degree in Computer Science from the University of Escuela Politécnica del Ejército in Ecuador.

Including her mother, she is survived by her husband, Lider Campos; son, Daniel Campos; daughter, Emilia Campos; siblings, Marcelo and Eduardo Castro; nieces and nephews, Victor, Guillermo, Kuthoomi, David, Nicole, Fernando and Edmundo Castro; in addition to several family members who reside in Ecuador and who dearly love Anita and are heartbroken by the news of her untimely departure.

Anita met and fell in love with her husband while practicing her profession in Ecuador, and eventually moved to Colombia and later to the United States to support her husband's career. Their immense love, with God's blessing, bore them two beautiful children. First came her son Daniel and later Emilia, both of whom she loved intensely and dedicated all her time to caring for them, guiding them and turning them into excellent adults full of wholesome qualities that will enrich society.

Anita loved her parents fervorously and in the summer of 2007 she returned to Ecuador to offer support and care to her ailing mother. In June of 2008, she had to face the sudden death of her father; a very difficult time that she was able to overcome thanks to her strong spirit and faith in God. Once her mother recovered, Anita returned to the United States to reunite with her husband, who was waiting for her with loving, open arms.

One of her main goals in life was to leave this world better than she found it and she succeeded by sharing with her community the many special qualities she had. She spread happiness, love and selfless help to her family and friends, who thought of her as a woman of unparalleled generosity, a tireless mother and a woman dedicated to always giving her best to everyone around her.

Anita was a woman of great faith, with strong values and a great spirit of solidarity and service. For many years, she contributed much of her time volunteering and serving at local schools, the Catholic Community of Prince of Peace and Cypress Assistance Ministries. She found great happiness, satisfaction and pure joy in community service, especially providing support to the most needed.

Anita's untimely departure leaves an enormous hole and irreparable pain in her family and friends, who continue to pour sentiments of sorrow and heartfelt condolences, and offer their solidarity for this tragic loss.

The heavens rejoice in welcoming Anita as a shining angel; an angel that we will love until the end of our days and that will continue to offer us the guidance that she did while here on Earth.
