Andrew Johnson "John" Weaver, 75, passed away on August 28, 2024, in The Woodlands, TX. Born on December 31, 1948, in Clarksburg, WV, John was known for his steadfast, intelligent, brave, and kind nature.

John graduated from Marietta College in 1967 and spent many joyful days at dog parks and figure skating events. An avid fan of West Virginia football and the Astros, his greatest pride was in his daughter, Kaitlyn's figure skating career, which saw her compete in two Olympic Winter Games.

John is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Weaver; sister, Julia Weaver Seiler; and ex-spouse, Maureen (Jackie) Weaver. He is preceded in death by his twin brother, Jack; brother, Michael; and his wife, Anniece Hunt Weaver.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a GoFundMe established for a memorial bench honoring John and his beloved golden retriever, Toby, in Meyer Park (Spring, TX.) His humor, go get-em-attitude, and kindness will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
