Andrea was born in Dallas, Texas to Susan McGuffin Wallace and William Andre Buford.  Her early formative years were spent in the Dallas and Longview area with a devoted Mother, grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins that contributed to her being the woman she was.

After graduating Marcus High School in Flower Mound, TX, she ultimately went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Texas Tech.

She was married to Steve Hutson in 2002 and they have three boys, Hunter-17, Tyler-15, and Nolan-13. They made their home in Houston where they continued to form friendships that have endured over the years.

She worked at Ben Taub Hospital and Memorial Hermann Hospital - Neurotrauma in the Houston medical center for many years and then on to Cypress Northwest where she was closer to home and most recently at Memorial Hermann in Cypress.  All the time touching more and more lives.

Andrea will be remembered as a remarkable individual who touched the lives of those around her with kindness, generosity, and love.  She mastered being a loving wife, the very best boy mom, a dedicated nurse, a remarkable homemaker, a devoted volunteer, and a treasured friend; all with a radiant smile and a twist of humor.  She was always the brightest light when she entered any room that will leave a void in all our hearts.

Andrea is survived by her husband Steve, their three sons: Hunter, Tyler and Nolan, her Mother Susan, her brother-in-law Braden Hutson, wife Kim and daughters Payton, Brinley and Laney, brother-in-law Randy Yost, wife Meagan and daughter Olive, Aunt and Uncle Peggy and Johnny Vaughan, Aunt and Uncle Terry and Larry McGuffin, Uncle Mike McGuffin, Father/Mother-in-law, Bill and Mary Yost, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
