Allan Mitchell Clark, a father, a husband, a Papa, and a proud American Veteran. Allan was born March
18, 1949 in the city of Blackwell, Oklahoma and grew up in Magnolia, Texas where his family later
resided. He was the Greatest man to the Guerrero family, his family.

Allan was devoted to his family - humble, loving, and the voice of reason. As the great man he was, he
always opened the door for his wife and always made sure she won every argument. He especially
loved his grandchildren and enjoyed their Friday haircut days together. His weekend trips to Home
depot and Sam's were a must. Allan was an expert BBQ aficionado who loved to see people enjoy his
cooking, best steaks and ribs…ever!

Allan loved his country and was a proud military man. He entered the Air Force in 1968 and completed
his commitment in 1975. While serving, he was stationed at Phu Cat Air Force Base in Vietnam, a
moment in time during the War which he was very proud to be a part of. Allan was awarded the Air
Force Commendation Medal for meritorious service. Following his military service, he led a successful
career in telecommunications and served in the Texas Department of Public Safety for over 13 years.
Allan would never be caught without his Vietnam Veteran's cap, and he would always thank a Veteran,
Military member, and Law Enforcement Officer whenever he saw them.

Allan is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Lora "Essie" Clark. He is survived by his wife Maria O.
Gonzalez, his stepsons Michael (Rosanna), Peter, Jason and three grandchildren. He is survived by his
brothers Phillip and Danny Clark, and his sisters Jeanette, Michele, Susan, Sondra, Barbara and Lora "Lori," as well
by nieces and nephews. His wishes were to come home to Magnolia.
