She graduated from Redland High School in Redland, Texas and went on to graduate from Pineywood Business College in Lufkin, Texas. Ms. Ruth, as she is best known by employees and friends, and Mom or Memoe, as she is known to her family and grandchildren, continued to be admired for her high energy and worked successfully full-time, until February this year, when her health took a downward turn. Alice Ruth is survived by her daughter, Susanne Armand and husband, Courtland Imel, her son, Edward James Armand and wife, Nancy, and her son, Paul Jean Armand, beloved former daughter in-law, Donna, Ken Stevenson, beloved former son-in-law.
