Alexandra (Alex) Nicole Ivy left us unexpectedly March 27, 2019. She was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Montgomery, Texas. She leaves behind her mother Christy Ivy-Phillips, brother Ryan (Pookie) Phillips, dad Mark Ivy, 2nd mother Kay Ivy, brothers Michael and Trent Ivy as well as extended family and many, many friends.

Alex was a ray of sunshine with a smile and energy that could light up any room.  Her heart was the size of Texas.  She was loving, kind and so giving.  She gave from her heart.  Alex did not know a stranger.  Her empathy and compassion put people at ease which made it so easy to talk to her.

Alex was quick witted with a great sense of humor.  She did so love to laugh.

Her true love was her pets which she referred to as her fur babies.  Actually she loved all fur babies.  Her life's goal was to have a rescue for older, seasoned fur babies.  She wanted to be able to provide them with comfort and lots of love in their latter years.

We mourn our loss.  But Alex would want us to celebrate how precious life is and to love deeply.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, April 5, 2019 at Klein Funeral Home, located at 16131 Champions Forest Drive in Spring, Texas 77379.

Suzanne and Clyde Maas will be hosting a reception following the service at 30507 Becky Lane, Magnolia, Texas 77354.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the animal rescue of your choice.  That would make Alex most happy.
