Albert Estrada passed away January 10th, 2020, peacefully surrounded by his wife, his parents, and his brother. He was born on October 3rd, 1970 in Stockton, CA. He is survived by his wife Jin Choo, his parents Mable and Otto Estrada, his brothers Rodney, Leonard, Gordon, and George Estrada. He is also survived by his aunt, many cousins, nephews, and nieces. He received GED when he was 16 and got a job at Denny's. He put himself through college and received AA at Delta College. Although he loved animals, his passion was being a chef.  He loved making people happy through his food.  He left us so many great memories and happiness.

His mass service is going to held at St. Cyril of Alexandria on January 22nd, 2020 at 1pm.
