Adalberto Hinojosa, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023, in Houston, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 19, 1935, to Demetrio and Santos Hinojosa, Adalberto's life was defined by love, compassion, and dedication to his family.

He is survived by his siblings, Felix Hinojosa and Mireya Casanova, and he had beautiful memories of his late siblings, Aracely Sarabia, and Dalia Gonzales.

Adalberto and his beloved wife, Arabela Hinojosa, had four children: Elsa (Steve) Hickman, Edith Hinojosa, Beto (Monica) Hinojosa, and Lupita (Catarino) Hernandez. Adalberto was a loving father who guided and supported his children throughout their lives, leaving a legacy of strength and kindness.

Adalberto's love extended to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by Jessica Garza, Jose Garza, Santos Moreno, Erika Diaz, Kayla Hernandez, Karen Hernandez, Marco Hinojosa, and Esteban Hinojosa. Adalberto adored his three great-grandchildren, Arianna Diaz, Daniel Diaz, and Santos Moreno III.

Adalberto will be remembered for his warm smile, wise counsel, and loving nature. His devotion to family and strong moral compass touched the lives of all who knew him.

In honor of Adalberto, a visitation will be held on Sunday, June 18, from 5 pm to 8 pm, and services will be held on Monday, June 19th at 10 am

Rest in peace, dear Adalberto. You will be deeply missed but forever remembered.

Adalberto Hinojosa, amado esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo, falleció en paz el 14 de junio de 2023, en Houston, Texas, rodeado de su querida familia. Nacido el 19 de septiembre de 1935, hijo de Demetrio y Santos Hinojosa, la vida de Adalberto estuvo definida por el amor, la compasión y la dedicación a su familia.

Le sobreviven sus hermanos, Félix Hinojosa y Mireya Casanova, y guardaba hermosos recuerdos de sus fallecidas hermanas, Aracely Sarabia y Dalia Gonzales.

Adalberto y su esposa, Arabela Hinojosa, tuvieron cuatro hijos: Elsa (Steve) Hickman, Edith Hinojosa, Beto (Mónica) Hinojosa y Lupita (Catarino) Hernández. Adalberto fue un padre amoroso que guió y apoyó a sus hijos a lo largo de sus vidas, dejando un legado de fuerza y amabilidad.

Adalberto adoraba a sus tres bisnietos, Arianna Díaz, Daniel Díaz y Santos Moreno III.

Adalberto será recordado por su sonrisa, sabios consejos y por su cariño. Su devoción a la familia y su fuerte moral tocaron las vidas de todos los que lo rodeaban.

Descansa en paz, querido Adalberto. Te extrañaremos profundamente pero siempre te recordaremos.
