Abbie Jo Siddens Foster was born on February 21, 1926 in Seymour, Texas to Jesse and Eunice H. Siddens and passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 13, 2021 in Tomball, Texas at the age of 95. She was a 1944 graduate of Seymour high school and was a member of the Panther Band.

Abbie Jo meet her future husband John "Jack" Foster while he was stationed at Sheppard Air Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. They were married on February 21, 1946 after Jack returned home from Japan after World War II. After they married, they lived in Seymour TX, Gloucester NJ, Lubbock TX, Corpus Christi TX, Spring TX, and Tomball TX over a span of almost 60 years until Jacks passing in 2005. They raised four daughters, Donna, Nicki, Vicki, Troy.

After Abbie Jo and Jack moved from Lubbock to Corpus Christi in 1973, Jack was Chief Engineer of the HEB Manufacturing Complex and Abbie Jo served as Nurse for Dr. Edwin Ben Groner (Christus Spohn Hospital). In 1994 Jack and Abbie moved to Spring, Texas to be closer to family members.

Abbie Jo loved and was loved by all her family, and enjoyed visiting with her family, friends and neighbors, and just enjoying the fellowship of all. She was a wonderful cook, enjoyed playing backgammon and caring for her dog Cody and her cat Cali.

Abbie Jo was preceded in death by her husband John; her parents Jesse and Eunice H. Siddens; her sisters Jackie Brumley; Bobbie Hurst; Joyce Winings; and her brother Jim Siddens.

Abbie Jo is survived by her daughters Donna Headley; Nicki Mitchell (Gene); Vicki Judd; Troy Rather.

Eight grandchildren, Nick Judd (Melissa); Talina Headley; Coy Mitchell (Hollye); Brannon Mitchell (Katie); Christopher Judd; Haley Durosseau (Trenton); Kristian Headley; Jessica May (Rob)

Twelve great-grandchildren, Alyssa Judd; Marina Judd; Jillian Judd; Courtney Bowens (Donterius); Hunter Mitchell; Brookelyn Mitchell; Ryan Mitchell; Tyler Mitchell; Jacob Durosseau; Zoe Durosseau; Audrey Durosseau; Annalie Durosseau.
