Leonard Joseph Goler Jr. "Joe"

Leonard passed away peacefully at home on December 11, 2020. Happily known as Joe, he was born on February 1, 1956 in Boston, MA to Leonard Joseph Goler Sr. (deceased ) and LaRue Dymond (deceased), their first born son. Joe attended Blessed Sacrament School and Boston Technical High School.

Joe was an avid sports fan with a great love for basketball and the New England Patriots. He enjoyed cars and music, with a particular passion for funk music. He was introduced to Bootsy Collins at a young age and shared his appreciation of Funkadelic with many. Always a joy, he was lovingly known to be a joker, was a light at any gathering, and deeply loved his dogs.

Joe married Pauline Cassidy in May 14, 2016. He is survived by her, his children Jason Goler of North Attleboro, MA, Jeninne Goler of Pensacola, FL, and Alaine Riley of Attleboro, MA and by his grandchildren, Desmond, Nyvette, and Donovan.

The third born sibling in a large, close, family, Joe is survived by his sisters Patricia, Angela, Michelle, Sheryl, Debra, Lynda, JoAnne, and Lisa, as well his brothers Steven and Leonard. He is preceded by his sister Clarise. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly and a large extended family. He will truly be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
